Carlos H. Castañeda

Born and raised in Puigpunyent, Carlos went to school in Palma before studying International Hotel Management at the Balearic Islands School of Hospitality (EHIB). He completed his training with a master's degree in blockchain technology and spent six months living in Mexico, broadening his international outlook and his ability to adapt to different markets and cultures.

At 28 he moved into real estate, combining his background in hospitality with a clear calling for personal, professional client service. Since then he has worked mainly in Mallorca, with a particular focus on the Serra de Tramuntana, standing out for his approachability, attention to detail and strong client focus.

Although his career in the sector is recent, Carlos has successfully handled all kinds of properties, showing a constant commitment to quality of service and a deep knowledge of the local area. His approach is based on building long-term relationships of trust and offering tailored solutions to each client.
