PURPOSE:

At FILM HOUSES, S.L. we process the information you provide in order to deliver the services and/or sell the products you have contracted through our website and to manage the sending of information and commercial prospecting. In order to be able to offer you services in line with your interests, we will build a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of that profile. The personal data provided will be kept, for as long as the commercial relationship continues and the data subject does not request its erasure, for a period of 5 years from the last contract and/or purchase you made. The data provided will be kept until you request that the activity cease.

LEGAL BASIS:

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contract through the purchase of the product and/or service, in accordance with the Spanish Commercial Code and Civil Code. Articles 20 and 21 of the Information Society Services Act 34/2002 apply to the sending of commercial offers by means of telecommunications. The prospective offering of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, and withdrawing that consent will under no circumstances affect the contract for the purchase of the product and/or the provision of the service. There is an obligation to provide the personal data; otherwise the service cannot be provided and/or the product cannot be sold and/or the requested offer cannot be supplied and the sending of commercial information cannot be managed.

RECIPIENTS:

No data will be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. No transfer of data to third countries is envisaged. No decisions are taken as to adequacy, safeguards, binding corporate rules or applicable specific situations.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether FILM HOUSES, S.L. is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will keep it solely for the exercise or defence of claims. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish data protection authority (www.agpd.es). The main purpose of the automated processing to which all personal data collected as a result of requesting, using or contracting any product or service, or of any transaction or operation carried out through this website, will be subjected is to maintain the contractual relationship with the owner of this website.

You authorise us to send advertising for our services and products. Your personal data will be used to manage the sending of advertising by traditional or electronic means. The email addresses and personal data you provide through the website's contact form will be used solely to deal with the enquiries you send us by that means. Articles 22.1 and 22.2 of Act 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, as amended by Article 4 of Royal Decree-Law 13/2012, apply to the use and processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing the sending of advertising.

The company guarantees the confidentiality of personal data.
