Founder and Managing Director of Film Houses, Luis Miguel studied Business at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).
In 2003, he founded his real estate agency on Palma’s Paseo Marítimo, beginning a professional journey that has since positioned Film Houses as a well-established name in the Balearic property market.
Under his leadership, the company has successfully expanded across the Balearic archipelago — leading large-scale developments for top-tier promoters and managing an extensive portfolio of residential, commercial and investment properties.
As a manager, Luis Miguel combines strategic market vision with a management style defined by professionalism, precision and a strong commitment to client relationships. His approach has earned him the trust and loyalty of both local and international clients over the years.
