About Serri
Background
Born in Uruguay, Serri Borches studied Agricultural Management at the Universidad de la Empresa before joining the family business, where she gained a practical understanding of business management and negotiation.
Her career also took her into private banking, as part of Julius Baer. That experience shaped the way she understands client service and strengthened values such as discretion, trust and care for every detail, together with the precision and sense of responsibility that the field demands.
Based in Mallorca since 2021, she turned her career towards real estate, where she works mainly on sales with Spanish and international clients, owners and investors. She is directly involved throughout the process, from finding opportunities, including off-market properties, to valuation, marketing, negotiation and completion.
Her approach starts with understanding the people behind each transaction. She likes to know what each client, whether owner or buyer, values and expects, and to keep communication clear from start to finish. For Serri, understanding each client properly matters as much as the transaction itself.
