Miguel González

Born and raised in Mallorca, Miguel went to school in Palma before moving to Barcelona to read Business Administration and Management. During his degree he spent ten months in California, studying at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he gained a global view of the property sector. Later, in 2023, he spent six months in Cologne, Germany, focusing on intensive German.

At 20 he began working full time at the agency, combining his studies with the job. Since 2018 he has built solid experience in both the Mallorcan and the Ibizan markets, notably with the exclusive sale of a 48-apartment development in Cala de Bou (Ibiza).

Over his career he has advised successfully on the purchase and sale of more than 100 properties, handling assets of every kind. His approach rests on closeness, trust and a thorough knowledge of the local and international market - qualities that reflect the values and outlook of Film Houses.
