About Madison
Background
Born in Northern Ireland, Madison Magill came to Mallorca as a young child and grew up on the island, where she completed all her education. Growing up here has given her a close knowledge of Mallorca, its people and its way of life, and that dual background lets her move between cultures with complete ease. She is a native speaker of English, Spanish and Mallorcan, something her clients appreciate from the very first moment: international buyers find someone who speaks their language and understands their expectations, and local owners find someone from the island who knows the ground she stands on.
She began her career in an art gallery, an experience that shaped the way she works. There she learned to appreciate aesthetics and detail, to present each piece in the best possible way and to deal with demanding clients looking for something unique. That sensitivity stays with her in real estate, where she understands that a home is not just a number of square metres but a place with its own character that deserves to be shown as such.
She has been working in real estate for several years, where she has found a way to combine that eye with her passion for people. Today she is also the team coordinator at Film Houses, a role in which she brings the same qualities that define her with clients to the service of her colleagues. A perfectionist and highly organised, she looks after every stage of the process so that nothing is left to chance: from the first conversation to the signing, clients always know where things stand and what comes next.
Madison believes transparency is the foundation of any good professional relationship, which is why she speaks plainly, informs honestly and gets truly involved in every transaction.
