Luis Miguel González

Managing director and founder of Film Houses, he studied business at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB).

In 2003 he founded his estate agency on Palma's Paseo Marítimo, beginning a career that has since become firmly established in the Balearic property sector.

Under his leadership, the agency has successfully completed transactions across the Balearic Islands, marketing large developments for leading developers as well as handling homes, retail premises and commercial assets.

As managing director, he has combined a strategic view of the market with a management style built on professionalism, rigour and commitment to the client, values that have made it possible to build solid, long-term relationships of trust.

The company remains a family business, as he currently shares its management with his son. This structure strengthens continuity, closeness and the outlook for the future, balancing long-standing experience with a new generation's innovation.
